Interior Designer

Job description

• Key Responsibilities:

Design Development: Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements, preferences, and budget for their space.

• Space Planning: Develop design concepts and space plans that meet client needs and align with project goals.

Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories to achieve the desired design aesthetic and functionality.

Technical Drawings: Create detailed drawings, specifications, and mood boards using design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).Project Management: Oversee the implementation of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Client Interaction: Present design ideas and concepts to clients, adjust plans based on feedback, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project.

Vendor Coordination: Source and coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure the timely delivery and installation of design elements.

Compliance: Ensure designs comply with relevant health and safety regulations, building codes, and accessibility standards.Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and techniques to provide fresh and innovative solutions.

• Budget Management: Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Experience:

• 1 years of professional experience in interior design.

Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
