Collaborate effectively with clients during preliminary meetings to comprehend their vision, aesthetic preferences, and project requirements.- Develop preliminary design concepts based on gathered requirements, considering budgetary constraints and project timelines.
Present design proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and expectations.
- Modify designs based on client feedback, fostering a collaborative and iterative design process.
Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to internal teams and stakeholders.- Initiate contact with clients through calls and emails for requirements gathering, creating a positive first impression as the initial point of client interaction.
Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, creating a positive first impression.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for in-depth discussions, conducting follow-up conversations to understand potential clients needs and preferences.
Maintain clear and organized documentation of client communications and project specifications throughout the entire process.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD 2D, Sketchup, Photoshop, V-ray, Lumion, Enscape, 3Ds Max (Optional).
- Knowledge of construction and architectural principles.
Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
