We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for space planning, architectural design, construction drawings, and the selection and coordination of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). You will collaborate closely with clients, manage projects from concept to completion, and ensure the delivery of exceptional design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Space Planning & Architecture:
- Develop and execute comprehensive space plans and architectural designs that meet client needs and expectations.
- Create detailed construction drawings and oversee their implementation to ensure design integrity.
- Interior Design & FF&E:
- Design and select appropriate FF&E to enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of spaces.
- Conceptualize and create innovative and visually appealing design solutions.
- Project Management:
- Manage interior design projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Client Interaction:
- Handle client pitches and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and plans.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client handling and pitching.
- Proven experience in managing residential and commercial interior design projects.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in space planning, architecture, and construction drawings.
- Strong skills in interior design and a thorough understanding of FF&E.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
