Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both 2D and 3D design, with the ability to conceptualize and implement interior design projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop design plans, and oversee the execution of those plans to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine design preferences, requirements, and budgets.
Develop design concepts and present them using 2D and 3D visualizations.- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using design software.
Source materials, furniture, and accessories to match the design specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to implement designs.
Ensure projects are completed within the stipulated timeline and budget.- Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technology.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts and invoices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in 2D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop).- Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent visual awareness and attention to detail.
Strong project management and organizational skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
