Interior Designer

Job Title: Interior Designer (Architecture Graduate)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with a degree in Architecture to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of building design, spatial relationships, and material applications. You will work on designing and developing interior spaces that are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop interior spaces, including floor plans, elevations, and cross-sections

- Conduct site analyses and assessments to determine design requirements

- Select and specify materials, finishes, and furniture

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity

- Develop and manage design projects from concept to completion, including budgeting and timelines

- Apply knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design principles

- Utilize design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

- 1-3 years of experience in interior design or architecture

- Strong understanding of building design, construction methods, and material applications

- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality design

Nice to Have:

- LEED AP or WELL AP certification

- Experience with sustainable design principles and green building practices

- Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) and 3D visualization tools

- Familiarity with construction management and project coordination
