Key Responsibilities:- Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals. Develop design concepts that align with the client's vision and lifestyle.
Design Development: Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to present design ideas to clients. Select colors, materials, furniture, and finishes that meet the design objectives.- Space Planning: Develop space plans that optimize the functionality and flow of interior spaces, considering factors such as furniture layout, lighting, and accessibility.
Project Management: Oversee design projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Technical Drawings: Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, and other technical drawings required for construction and installation.
Material Sourcing: Research and source materials, furnishings, and accessories, ensuring that all selections align with the project budget and design aesthetic.- Client Presentations: Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed to achieve client satisfaction.
Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, andaddress any design-related issues that arise during construction or installation.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design, and incorporate innovative ideas into your projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe
- Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
Strong understanding of color theory, materials, and furniture design.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
