INTERIOR DESIGNER/ ARCHITECT / INTERIOR ARCHITECTWe are looking for artistic, detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of an interior designer. The interior designer's key responsibilities include visualizing and sketching design plans as per client goals, sourcing products and materials, determining costs to ensure alignment with design specifications are met.
- Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in interior design, Architecture or related field.
Portfolio of the previous work.
Project management experience.
Should be a quick learner.
Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
Able to develop and present design concepts
Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, renderings, and walkthrough) for Customers.
Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision. (Kannada, English, Hindi preferred)
Interior Designing, Layout Design, AutoCAD Drafting, Quantity Assessment, Technical drawings
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Sketch Up, 3DS Max, Adobe Photoshop, Vray, Lumion or similar design software.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to apply a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors.
Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
At least one year of Professional experience on Residential and commercial interiors.
Knowledge of preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantity)
