Develop creative design ideas, brainstorm concepts & solutions based on projects assigned- Create 3D visualisation, design layout, finished artwork and technical drawings for the concept
Present ideas and concepts professionally to clients and internal teams
- Responsible in translating design concepts into design details and execution
Coordinate with project manager, site supervisors and suppliers for project- Prepare quotation for clients according to design proposed
Monitor design development, submission program and tender documentation to ensure delivery of project on schedule
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
Required skill(s): 3D Studio Max, Sketch up, AutoCAD, Adobe Suites- Required language (s): English, Malay
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Able to generate detail drawing/construction drawings, sketches and RCP, M&E drawings, etc
Keep up with the latest trends- Has a keen eye for aesthetics and details
