Interior Designer

Responsibilities

Develop conceptual designs and mood boards that reflect the client's vision while considering functional requirements, spatial layout, lighting, materials, and color schemes.

Produces sketches, drawings and detailed floor plan to illustrate concepts and finalized projects using computer aided design (CAD), hand drawing skill and detailed drawings.

Work with senior interior designer to define project requirements and develop design criteria.

Define project requirements and schedule during the brief.

Furniture Detailing.

Vendor Co-ordination

Making BOQs (Civil + Furniture)

Procurement from market.

Creative talent, imagination and eye for detail.

Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture with 2 - 3 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD, google SketchUp, In-design, photoshop and Microsoft Office suite.

Strong creative and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to execute.

Excellent portfolio of previous work.

Good Knowledge in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
