Key Responsibility
- Undertake interior project from concept to completion.
Interpret and translate client needs into rough plans.
- Conceptualize and sketch design plans to demonstrate preliminary designs.
- Determine project requirements, timeline and the project cost in the budgeting phase and present the estimation to clients.
- Set a timeline for the completion of a project.
- Source products and materials included in the final plan adhering to project and budget specification.
- Create mood boards.
- Supervise work progress and oversee the installation of materials and other design elements.
- Research and follow industry changes, other developments, and best practices in interior design.
- Should be a creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
- Ability to apply a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors.
- Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics.
