abCoffee is brewing up something special and searching for a talented Architect to join our growing team in Mumbai. As a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) leader, we're obsessed with creating inviting and functional store environments that reflect our unique brand identity.
In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind designing exceptional abCoffee decks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate brand vision into functional and stylish store layouts.
- Develop detailed architectural plans using AutoCAD for new store openings and renovations.
- Manage all aspects of the architectural design process, from space planning to construction drawings.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
- Work closely with contractors and oversee construction projects to maintain quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in QSR design and sustainability practices.
We're looking for someone who:
- Possesses a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within the QSR industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD for 2D and 3D design.
- Has a strong understanding of building codes and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality design solutions.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment (with 2 Saturdays off per month on a 6-day workweek with a work-from-home option).
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with 3D modeling softwares.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
