Preparing Sketch- up models in consultation with the design heads and as per the project requirements.
Preparing layout plans, elevations, and sections in sketch up.
Preparing the construction documents in sketch up
Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise construction projects. Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients. Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.

Assisting with planning decisions
Creating both static visualizations and animations/CGI (computer generated imagery)
Working with industry-standard design tools and programmers
Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums
Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances.
If the job applicant is not aware of how to prepare construction documentation in sketch up at the moment, then he/ she shall be expected to study the online tutorials during office hours and gradually learn how to prepare the construction documents in sketch up.
