Job Title: Interior Design Project Coordination
Location: Indore
Responsibilities:
Design Development:
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Create innovative and practical designs for modular kitchens and wardrobes, considering space utilisation, ergonomics, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings using our in-house software, and material specifications to present to clients for approval.
- Provide advice on material selection, finishes, and fixtures, considering industry trends, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and timely execution.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address client's queries, concerns, and change requests in a prompt and professional manner.
Project Coordination:
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to the installation team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordination or Designer preferably in furniture industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) for creating 2D/3D designs and renderings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and fixtures commonly used in modular kitchen and wardrobe manufacturing.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for design and craftsmanship.
