NoBroker HR is a disruptive brokerage-free property search portal that connects house/property owners and tenants/buyers directly, eliminating the need for middlemen. Founded in 2014 by alumni from IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, and IIM Ahmedabad, we have served over 30+ lakh customers monthly. Our services include verified brokerage-free properties, online rental agreements, home services, home loans, and more. With a presence in multiple cities including Hyderabad, we are driven by passion and a commitment to providing a transparent and efficient real estate experience.

This is a full-time on-site role as an Interior Designer with a focus on space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and executing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, coordinating with architects and contractors, and managing projects from concept to completion.

• Proficiency in space planning, architecture, and interior design
• Experience in creating construction drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with FF&E selection and procurement
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, contractors, and clients
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design or a related role
