Interior Design Business Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving the growth and success of our business by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing our client base, and providing regular updates to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business management within the interior design industry and possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand the client base by identifying new business opportunities.

Nurture and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Implement strategies to retain existing clients and attract new ones.

Provide regular updates to the General Manager on sales performance, market trends, and key opportunities.

Ensure clear communication and alignment with organizational goals.

Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for management review.

Manage and motivate a team of designers to meet their targets, thereby achieving your own targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience into Interior Design/Architecture.
• Proven experience in business management, particularly in the interior design industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
• A track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
