We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interior Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth within the interior design and furnishing sector by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, sales, and business development.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:- Identify and target potential clients in the interior design and furnishing market.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business opportunities.- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
Project Coordination:- Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.- Address any issues or concerns that arise during project execution.
Reporting & Analysis:- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and outcomes.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.- Proven experience in business development or sales within the interior design industry.
Strong knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Business or Interior Design.
- Established a network within the interior design industry.
Experience with high-end or luxury interior design projects.
