Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead residential designing and planning efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in architectural principles, a passion for technology-driven design solutions, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion.The Senior Architect will be responsible for tasks such as space planning, interior design, interior fit-out, and interior architecture. The role involves collaborating with the team to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.

Qualifications

• Space Planning, Interior Design, and Interior Architecture skills
• Experience in Interior Fit-Out projects
• Strong understanding of Architecture principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software
• Ability to create detailed design plans and presentations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Proficient in architectural design software and other relevant tools
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
