We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Management Consultant specializing in office interior fit out management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in overseeing office interior design, renovation, or construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and clients to develop project plans and timelines for office interior projects.
- Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and services required for projects.
- Monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, and providing regular financial updates to stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or budgets.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management consulting, with a focus on office interior management.
