Interactive Developer

Role Summary:

Educational Initiatives is looking for a really passionate Javascript coder to work with our team on a variety of cross-platform projects and see them from concept to delivery and beyond. Educational Initiatives is a company that believes in making a difference in education through personalized learning and ensuring that students learn with understanding. We are currently seeking a passionate and output-oriented developer who will develop really interesting and intuitive simulations and interactive which are loaded with Maths concepts and will make students fall in love with Maths.

You will work directly with the Interactive Designer/Producer, Graphic Artist to brainstorm, create the quick prototype to give life to thoughts and imagination of the team to create super useful interactive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing high-quality HTML5 simulations/Interactives which are lightweight and smooth in functioning and works across different devices and browsers.
• Develop interactive, games and AR/VR content with Unity.
• Collaborating with SMEs and other stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure high-quality output in a short turnaround time
• Learn and upskill to different technologies for developing interactives as and when necessary
• Support the field with bug fixes on existing product.
• Support enhancements to existing product.
• Developing productivity tools/systems to help streamline the processes to boost productivity

Desired Experience, Skills, and Attitude:

• Proficient in HTML, JS, CSS.
• Knowledge of Unity development is a must. Experience on Unity is a plus.
• Knowledge of Angular along with a grasp of OOP concepts.
• Knowledge of responsive content development.
• Understands storyboards and develop games/templates/interactives
• Must be an effective team player and should be able to coordinate between cross functional teams.
• Passionate about education and making a difference
