Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Design Lead to join our team and drive the design direction of our products and services. As the UX Design Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience strategy and ensuring that our digital products meet the needs and expectations of our users.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX design process from concept to delivery, including user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and prioritize design initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the design team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX design, technology, and user behavior, and incorporate them into our design process.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the importance of usability and accessibility in all aspects of our products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of leading design initiatives and delivering successful projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and interaction design best practices.
• Extensive experience with UX research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, usability studies, and persona development.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
