- Exposure to Airport Operations Management Software
- Ability to map the customer inputs to the feature in the existing product
- Translate the input requirements at higher level to be implemented as Software feature / enhancement
- Exposure to integrated / interconnected multi-vendor Software
- Seamlessly work with customers and development teams
- Worked at customer onsite as part of software delivery
- Conduct acceptance testing
- Technical acumen to handle customer queries
- Negotiation skills / Ability to push back
