- Research Analyze software applications to identify APIs that allow the effective exchange of information, required permissions, etc.
- Engage - Work directly with customers to gather requirements, present options, and agree solutions
- Collaborate - Collaborate closely with Customers, Threat Research, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment between the technical solution and the expected outcome.
- Implement - Implement integrations within the SAFE integration framework
- Document - Work with technical writers to deliver customer-facing documentation to support your deliverables.
- Enhance and Improve - Work with Engineering teams to provide enhancements to the SAFE integration framework.
- Solve - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Monitor - Monitor integrations for performance and capacity.
- Maintain - Develop tests to ensure integrations are performing as expected and delivering.
- Support - Provide L2 support for debugging and resolving field issues.
- Coach - Support your teammates, providing insight and guidance.
Qualifications/ Essentials Skills/ Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience delivering software integrations in a related field (3-6 years).
- Demonstrable experience of direct customer interaction and requirement gathering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and RCA complex issues.
- Excellent hands-on experience with Python, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of databases and SQL.
- Strong understanding of code management, documenting configuration changes, and monitoring performance.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in cyber security tools and security techniques is desirable.
