Role and Responsibilities :

Implementation on Zabbix

• Conducting workshops
• Requirement gathering sessions to design solution as per the client requirements
• Plan customizations
• Mapping requirement to solution
• Implementation of the Zabbix in the greenfield mode
• Configure the monitoring of the windows services and Network Devices using the SNMP
• Configure Dashboards, Reports as per the customer requirements
• Support

Integration of Zabbix with ServiceNow

• Requirement gathering and understanding
• Solution Designing
• Integrate the Zabbix with the ServiceNow in both event management
• Integration of the Zabbix performance data with ServiceNow to prepare the dashboards and reports using REST API and schedule script in the ServiceNow
