Connect our customers to the client's solutions, configure and enable the services following the requirements and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and participate in troubleshooting sessions
Lead all the technical tasks of the project including the acceptance test plan review and reporting, tracking product issues resolution with engineering team
Have an effective communication channels across the teams to share information, enhance team culture and ensure shared ownership
Maintain an effective communication with client's partners.
Contribute to the knowledge base articles/documentation to capture new learnings for reuse.
What are we looking for
Good knowledge and experience working with SSL, certificates , key management , JSON, YAML files, connectivity TLS.
Experience and good knowledge using Splunk or similar.
Experience in using AWS: code commit, connect to EC2, notion with micro services
Experience to run queries on Oracle/MongoDB
Knowledge in Unix command line
Knowledge in web services (SOAP/REST).
Knowledge in area of Python, shell scripting, smart cards, EMV, cryptography, security is a plus
Knowledge in Apache HTTPD and other web servers (proxy, reverse proxy)
Computer Science or Engineering Degree, or equivalent
3+ years experience as integration engineer or similar technical role.
Experience working on banking & payment solutions is a plus
Be fluent in English
Time flexibility to work in different time zones (India, Singapore)
