What You'll Do
- At least 1-3 years of total experience in supporting customers/end-users on custom integrations and applications
- Preferred hands-on experience with developing end-to-end integrations using Integration as a Service (IPaaS) (SnapLogic) development platform or other Integration Platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Actian, Informatica, or similar
Mandatory Requirement (Any Integration Platform experience)
- Should have a fair understanding of working with SOAP web services and REST web services

- Hands-on experience with writing SQL queries using joins, aggregate functions and stored procedures/ functions and general relational database access and query techniques with SQL Server 2012 or above, Oracle 11g or above would be a plus
Mandatory Requirement
- (Very good SQL knowledge and should be able to understand the Complex queries/Stored procedure)
- Experience working in Cloud Technologies such as PaaS, SaaS, and IPaaS
- Good to Have Knowledge of JIRA/ ServiceNow/ MS TFS/ Rally/ Workday/ Salesforce/ ERP APIs would be good to have
- Good to have Knowledge of the project management domain would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English - with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Positive attitude with keen analytical skills
- Be flexible to adapt to different support situations
