Title : Implementation Consultant -- Streamline
Key Responsibilities
- Work in Spain shift timings (Work Hours: April to October 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM and November to March 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM) primarily and flexible to move to other time zones if business demands in future.
- Individually manage and perform end to end Implementation for ADP Streamline clients across globe
- Work with ADP Barcelona Connectivity team on all functional and technical queries
- Work closely with ADP Barcelona Connectivity Project Managers for country roll outs
- Scope and configuration of interfaces between HR systems of multinational clients and their corresponding payroll platforms, analysis of process related data including automation.
- Gather Payroll requirements from clients, perform the required data transformation, mapping, data validation, data load and send the details to ADP Payroll Partners in each country so they can process Payroll
- Chair all the country roll out meetings with the respective Stakeholders to track progress
- Any additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader / Department Manager.
Requirements
- Graduates in Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Applications
- 4+ years experience in End to End client implementations (preferably Payroll) with exposure to project management for Multi-National clients
- Extremely fluent in English, phone etiquettes and writing business emails
- Should also be able to understand the English accent spoken across European countries whose first language is not English and communicate to them appropriately
- Good knowledge of validating and formatting data using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent logical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Flexibility to work in any shift pattern (including weekends if business demands) and primarily follow Spain Bank Holidays (subject to change based on business demands)
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player with a positive attitude
- Quick adaptability with an openness to learn and develop
- Customer focus.
