nA little bit about the Client and team you'll be working with:

n

nOur global business is growing fast. And we're on the hunt for crazy talented humans.

n

nWe have a great opportunity for a Mid-weight Integrated Designer to work within a new team.

n

nYou will be focused on supporting a multi-year rebranding/redesign project for a global health care client, covering an estimated 3000-5000 pieces of content across 30 markets, taking design projects from brief to completion.

n

nYou together with your creative team will work on the rebrand project from concept through to delivery ensuring tasks are completed on time and on brand.

n

nYou'll ideally be from a digital or production agency background with around 5 years experience upward. The expectation is to maintain a fast paced and responsive workflow across the rebranding project whilst learning from others and developing your craft along the way.

  • Adaptations

  • Product and campaign assets

  • Re-purpose and adapt existing brand toolkits to creative engaging fresh content.

nWhat you'll be doing in the role:


n

n
    n
  • Work on projects from start to finish working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.
  • n
  • Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web, digital, ecommerce, social content, print, POS and advertising.
  • n
  • Define the look and feel for a variety of digital and print design projects, based on the client's Brand Guidelines.
  • n
  • Develop user centred and engaging responsive web and email layouts.
  • n
  • Develop printed collateral from start to repro ready.
  • n
  • The ability to work under direction and using your own initiative.
  • n
  • Presenting your work internally and to clients and manage workloads within agreed timings.
  • n
  • Keeping up to date with current design trends.

nWhat you'll need for the role:

n
    n
  • High energy and a passion for ideas and effective visual storytelling.
  • n
  • Solid understanding of graphic design, print and web technologies.
  • n
  • Brand identity and campaign identities as real working experience.
  • n
  • Social, digital, print and design experience with Visual Arts BS/BA degree a plus.
  • n
  • A portfolio demonstrating your ideas through to execution.
  • n
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Figma and associated prototyping.
  • n
  • A passion for digital trends and print.
  • n
  • You'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation.
  • n
  • A team player and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships.
  • n
  • An eye for consistency and ability to integrate brand specific visual design elements across all communication channels.
  • n
  • Develop your professional skills daily.

  • Experience on health care brands.
  • n
  • Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, showcasing a curiosity for exploring its applications and potential impact.
