This position is office-based and involves direct interaction with prospective students and their families to guide them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students and their families to provide detailed information about our programs and offerings.
- Assist students through the entire admission process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
- Evaluate and analyze the needs and preferences of prospective students to provide personalized guidance and advice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide support for admission-related events and activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the admission process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in admission counselling, preferably within the EdTech industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
