Job Title: Insurance Team Lead

CTC: Up to 9 Lakh

Experience: 6-8 years

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 30 days

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Team Lead to join our Operations vertical. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge and expertise in insurance operations, along with proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Delivery Management:

- Oversee the service delivery process within the insurance domain, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Monitor team performance and productivity metrics to ensure efficient service delivery.

2. Team Leadership:

- Lead and supervise a team of insurance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to optimize performance and achieve team objectives.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.

3. Operational Excellence:

- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within the insurance operations vertical.

- Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

4. Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and senior management, to align operational strategies with organizational goals.

- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and escalations related to insurance operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience (6-8 years) in insurance operations, with a strong understanding of insurance products and processes.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience in team management and supervision.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in insurance or related disciplines are a plus.
