Job Overview

Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable life insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop leads to generate new life insurance business.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the client's financial objectives, risk tolerance and family situation.
• Present a comprehensive range of life insurance products tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Nurture strong relationships with clients and the community to understand and meet their financial aspirations.
• Provide ongoing customer service and ensure client satisfaction with their policies.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records in accordance with company policies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new life insurance products and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
