Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance sales representatives. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to enhance their sales skills and productivity.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
Goal Setting and Performance Monitoring: Set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. Monitor individual and team performance, track sales metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Training and Development: Conduct sales training programs to enhance the product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills of the sales team. Provide ongoing support and guidance to help sales representatives meet their targets.
