Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of small commercial accounts
- Work closely with brokers to manage pricing and coverage
- Make sales and account presentations to large and small businesses
- Conduct industry research and trends analysis
- Provide clients with comprehensive insurance plans
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in Insurance Sales
- Strong decision-making skills & team handling
- Great interpersonal skills & ability to handle pressure
- Must be from BSFI
- Close the deal according to ticket size
- Should have mentoring skills & ability to sustain a team of 5-6 Sales Executives
- Achieve daily & monthly targets
- Outstanding problem-solving skills & negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of Verbal & Written Communication.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage or handle multiple tasks
- Professional certification in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage
