Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Insurance Advisor at LIC. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing insurance advice and guidance to clients, assessing their insurance needs, explaining policy options, and assisting with the insurance application process. Additionally, the Insurance Advisor will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure client satisfaction.

- Experience in consulting and customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of different insurance products and policies
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
