Key Responsibilities:
- Insurance Administration:
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding insurance products and services.
- Process insurance applications, policy renewals, and claims documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of policies, claims, and client communications.
- Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in insurance practices.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
- Team Support:
- Collaborate with the operations team to achieve departmental goals.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and record keeping.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Diploma or Graduate
Salary : 20 K-25 K CTC
- Experience:
- Min 3 experience in insurance, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of insurance products and processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
