Key Responsibilities:- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our insurance products using scripts
Answer questions about products, services, and the company- Enter and update customer information in the database accurately
Handle customer grievances to maintain the company's reputation
Investment plan (Insurance) sales experience mandatory
Very Good English verbal communication skills
