Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as an Insurance Advisor at LIC. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing insurance and financial services to customers, offering consultations and recommendations, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. This role is based in Lucknow, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Insurance and Finance knowledge
  • Experience in Consulting and Customer Service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Relevant certifications in insurance or finance
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
