Role Description

As a Lic Insurance Advisor/Agent, you will be responsible for advising potential clients on various LIC insurance policies and ensuring that they choose a plan that meets their financial and insurance needs. This role is located in New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma is required, and a bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
• Successful experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance policies to clients.
• Ability to complete necessary training and certification required by LIC to become an insurance advisor/agent.
• Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a team and meet assigned sales targets and deadlines.
