We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to clients regarding their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in the Indian job market and possess a strong understanding of the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to clients regarding their insurance needs
• Evaluate clients existing insurance policies and recommend changes or additions as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
• Process insurance claims and work with clients to ensure a smooth claims process
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
• 1-10 years of experience as an Insurance Advisor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and industry trends
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
