Responsibilities

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the insurance industry and provide guidance to clients on any changes that may affect their coverage
- Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as insurance, finance, or business administration
- 20-31 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong track record of success
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policies and coverage, including life insurance, health insurance, and property and casualty insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess clients needs and recommend appropriate policies and coverage
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the insurance industry and provide guidance to clients on any changes that may affect their coverage
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
