Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, service bookings, and follow-ups.
- Provide information about our services, promotions, and offerings to customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
Collaborate with the service team to coordinate appointments and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance targets and KPIs.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
