We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-12 years of experience in the job market context of India. The role requires the candidate to be innovative, creative, and able to design and develop effective training programs that meet the needs of our clients. The candidate should have a passion for learning and be able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop effective training programs that meet the needs of our clients
- Create engaging and interactive e-learning content
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- 2-12 years of experience in the job market context of India
- Proficient in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora
- Experience in designing and developing e-learning courses using multimedia elements such as audio, video, and graphics
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and experience in integrating e-learning courses into LMS
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
