Gypmart India Pvt Ltd is looking for INSTRUMENTATION MANAGER to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Design and Development: Creating plans and specifications for instrumentation systems, including sensors, control systems, and measurement devices.
Installation and Calibration: Installing and configuring instrumentation equipment, ensuring accuracy through calibration and testing.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conducting regular maintenance to ensure proper functioning, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs or replacements as necessary.
System Integration: Integrating instrumentation systems with larger process control systems or machinery for seamless operation.
Compliance and Standards: Ensuring that instrumentation systems meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Working closely with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to implement instrumentation solutions aligned with project requirements.
Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of instrumentation designs, installations, and maintenance procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance instrumentation systems for efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
Skills Required:
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in instrumentation principles, measurement techniques, and control systems.
Knowledge of Sensors and Devices: Understanding different types of sensors, transmitters, actuators, and control devices.
