We are recruiting for below roles

Experience : 5 - 5 Years

Location : Bangalore & Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Review and verification of inputs as per the project requirement.

2. Knowledge and experience of applying codes and international standards

3. P&ID review with process team & Piping Team, updating necessary changes.

4. Review vendor and existing drawings for design compliance.

5. Preparation of Instrument Design and Detailed Engineering deliverables like Index, Instrument I/O list. Preparation of datasheet, JB interconnection wiring diagram, Loop diagram, Cable Schedule, Instrument Location Plan, Cable & Conduit tray routing, Instrument Hookup drawings. MTO, PLC layout & IO Schedule.

6. Knowledge of various electrical Interface components including MCCs, PLC equipment panels and motors.

7. Design & Sizing calculation of Orifice, Venturi, Control valve and Flow nozzle etc.

8. Monitor/supervise the work of junior executors and assist with mentorship and training.

9. Prepare engineering QC document as per company and client standards.

10. Interface with the other engineering disciplines to ensure a coordinated design and that project engineering deliverables are completed.

11. Provide and demonstrate leadership in accordance with Environment Health and Safety program to establishing a strong safety culture within the organization and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.

12. Knowledge and Skill in SIL study & Hazardous area classification and selection of equipment's.

13. Independent handling of Projects and deliverables and meeting the Quality and schedule is essential.

Key Skills:

1. Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Smart plant Instrumentation (Intools) software.

2. Excellent computer skills including use of engineering and computer software to complete control valve, orifice flow meter sizing.

3. Specify and clarify vendor queries with field instruments including electronic and pneumatic transmitters, switches, meter-runs, analyzers, control valves and ESD valves.

4. Requires a broad knowledge of the application of engineering to plant constructability as applied to construction methods and materials, and the economics involved.

5. Very good knowledge about PLC'S, SCADA and other communication Equipment's and related Wiring Methods.

6. DCS, ESD, FGS, Custody metering, Loading and unloading and Storage tank Instrumentation.

7. Good communication skills.

Education & Personality:

1. B.E. / B. Tech / M. Tech in Instrumentation Engineering.

2. Experience in Oil & Gas with Instrumentation & control Design and Detailed engineering.
