Position: Instrument Technician (CompEx Certified)
Location: Oman
Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Oil & Gas Maintenance
Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi.
Skills:
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in calibrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining various types of instrumentation, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level devices.
- Solid understanding of control systems, DCS, and PLCs.
CompEx Certification:
- Certified to work in explosive atmospheres, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Maintenance Skills:
- Experience in predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of instruments in an oil and gas environment.
Diagnostic Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and rectify instrument faults efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repair:
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on various instrumentation equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Calibration:
- Perform calibration of instruments in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Compliance:
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with company policies and safety standards, particularly in hazardous areas.
