Instrument Engineer

Oversee routine maintenance and preventive maintenance (PM) activities, ensuring timely execution

Ensure compliance with calibration standards and manage necessary permits for maintenance operations.

Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports to track performance and maintenance activities.

Utilize SAP PM and PS modules for Material Requisitions (MR), Purchase Requisitions (PR), and Service Entry Sheets (SES).

Maintain ISO documentation and support asset management and inventory monitoring of spares.

Collaborate with suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues.

Work with a variety of instruments including transmitters, pneumatic valves, weighing scales, PLCs, HMIs, DCS, F&G systems, pH analyzers, and calibration test benches.

Manage the DCS (Yokogawa Centum VP) including IO assignments, logic modifications, batch analytics, and report

modifications.

Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance and project execution.

Strong knowledge of DCS systems, calibration, and preventive maintenance practices.

Proficiency in SAP PM and PS modules.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
