Position Overview:

We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic, knowledgeable instructors to join Datacipher Education Services Pvt Ltd. This role, reporting directly to the Country Head - Education Services, involves delivering authorized Aruba training courses in key areas such as Mobility, Switching, Datacenter, and ClearPass

Responsibilities

Deliver authorized training courses to customers across the APAC region.

Participate in certification boot camps and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.

Collaborate with partners to achieve necessary certifications.

Uphold the high standards of training delivery as required by our training partners.

Coordinate with our operations team to ensure seamless course delivery.

Represent Datacipher at conferences and industry events.

Qualifications :Required Skills & Experience:

2-3 years of experience in authorized training delivery within the IT Training & Education industry.

Strong understanding of security technology and its application to customer security and networking needs.

Preferred certifications: JNCI, CCSI, PCSI, FCT.

Additional vendor certifications (e.g., CWNP, CCNP, CCIE, ACSA, ACSP, ACMP) are a plus.

Proven track record of success in a previous training role.

Excellent presentation and planning skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

A team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
