The position we are hiring is for a Technical Skills Instructor - someone with a passion for Coaching and facilitating learning. Your core work will be transforming students into competent working professionals by reducing the gap between students skill set and industry needs. You must have the ability to assess and support individual needs and abilities as well as demonstrate patience and flexibility during the learning process.

Position Summary
Directly Managing : 100 - 200 Students
Role & Responsibility Of An Curriculum Engineer
- Conduct sessions for your assigned course.
- Ensure effective delivery of course material and foster student engagement.
- Handle responsibilities regarding lectures, assignments, quizzes, and evaluations for the course.
- Continuously improve and refine the curriculum based on feedback received.
- Design tasks that encourage critical thinking and practical application.
- Conduct live mock interviews.
- Manage the GitHub repository for your course, containing the curriculum content.
- Assist students with their technical queries or doubts through our platforms.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their interview skills and confidence.
- Solve students doubts through one-on-one Calendly sessions and pair programming sessions.
- Perform grading and evaluation, and review resumes and GitHub repositories.
Qualifications
- Education: No bar.
- Experience:
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools like Selenium, Cypress, API Testing, Mobile Testing, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Problem-solving mindset and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Personal Attributes:
- Patient and empathetic with a genuine interest in student success.
- Collaborative and team-oriented.
- Adaptable and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
