Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Course Instructor at Medico Consortium. As a Course Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and delivering high-quality educational content to medical professionals. You will develop course materials, deliver lectures, facilitate discussions, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to ensure a comprehensive learning experience for all participants.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the specific medical specialty being taught
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate learners
- Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Flexible and adaptable to different learning styles and needs
- Experience in online teaching or remote instruction is a plus
- Advanced degree in a related field (e.g. MD, PhD) is preferred
