Job Title: NCLEX Trainer

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled NCLEX Trainer to join our team. As a BSc Nursing graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience as an NCLEX Trainer and 2+ years of hospital bedside experience, you will be responsible for preparing students for the NCLEX exam. This role requires expertise in nursing education, curriculum development, and a commitment to helping learners succeed in their career goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop tailored training curriculum for NCLEX preparation.

Design engaging training modules, including syllabus breakdowns, mind maps, handwritten notes, short notes, mnemonics, textual and video content.

Create effective exercises and assessments to enhance learning outcomes and measure progress.

Implement proven training methods, including test-taking strategies and critical thinking exercises.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to learners, addressing individual needs and ensuring readiness for the exam.

Evaluate training programs for quality and effectiveness, making continuous improvements based on feedback and outcomes.

Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

BSc in Nursing from a recognized institution.

Minimum 1 year of experience as an NCLEX Trainer; 2+ years of hospital bedside experience preferred.

Strong understanding of NCLEX exam structure, content, and test-taking strategies.

Proven ability to develop training modules and resources that are clear, concise, and effective.

Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Experience in curriculum development
