FEA offers a free one-year intensive coaching program, as well as mentorship and career counseling. The coaching program focuses on English, non-cognitive skills, digital skills, and lifelong learning to equip students with crucial employability skills. FEA operates two different programs for urban and rural youth in north India, with a curriculum inspired by top global universities. The organization currently reaches over 60,000 students through 1000+ branches in 10 states.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructor at Freedom Employability Academy. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering dynamic and engaging coaching sessions to youth as part of the one-year program. This will involve teaching English language skills, non-cognitive skills, and digital literacy skills. The Instructor will also guide students in lifelong learning and emphasize adaptability to workforce changes.
